This Privacy Policy explains how Own The Box Marketing LLC handles information in connection with owntheboxmarketing.com and the marketing services we provide. It covers the OTBM digital-marketing agency. Our other products (for example, the Rhody Reviews software) have their own separate policies.
Own The Box Marketing LLC is a Rhode Island limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), with an authorized business address of 29 Hunters Ct, Saunderstown, RI 02874. We provide digital-marketing services to businesses nationally. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, request a quote, or become a client, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business and its marketing needs. When you become a client, we also receive access to and information about the business accounts you ask us to manage (for example, your Google Business Profile, website, and analytics).
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 7.

Where you grant us access to your Google Business Profile or other Google accounts to provide services, we access and use that data only to perform the services you have engaged us for. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it except as needed to provide your services or as required by law.
