• Own The Box Marketing builds and hosts the site through Rhody Websites, so it keeps the design and the code.
• You keep your domain, your content, your customer list, and your Google profile. Leave and you take those with you, and the website goes offline at the end of your last paid period.
• What you pay for is the monthly plan. Month to month, cancel anytime. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

The whole model is built so that Own The Box Marketing has to keep earning it. That is the opposite of a big fee up front and a shrug afterward.
