Are any features locked behind a higher plan?

No. There is one plan at $59 every 4 weeks and every feature listed here is included in it. There is no upgrade tier, so nothing on this page is something you have to pay more to reach.

Does Rhody Reviews post replies to my reviews automatically?

By default, no. Every reply is drafted and waits for your approval, and nothing posts under your business name that you have not seen. Auto-posting is available as an opt-in setting that is off unless you switch it on, and when it is on it only ever applies to 4 and 5 star reviews using wording you approved in advance. Anything 3 stars or below always waits for a person.

Does it work with reviews outside Google?

Reviews are Google today. Google Business Profile connects to bring in your reviews and rating, collect new ones, and post replies. That is where the overwhelming majority of local service-business reviews live.

Do I need a separate tool for review requests and for my Google profile?

No, both are here. The review engine asks every customer, and the Google posts and NAP features keep the profile itself active and accurate. They work better together than either does alone, which is why they are one price rather than two products.

What is review gating and does Rhody Reviews do it?

Review gating means screening customers by how happy they seem and only inviting the positive ones to leave a public review. The FTC restricted it in 2024. Rhody Reviews has never done it: every customer gets the same honest ask.
